which of these can support multiple simultaneous ethernet connections for load balancing/redundant internet protection from DCS?
Maybe want to rename this poll to 802.11A/C routers? For most people, I think AC is still a power supply acronym. I thought this poll was about personal powerline networking.

Good point.
that linksys is great!
ASUS is just a hot brand with tech enthusiasts at the moment. They make solid gear but that comes with a price premium. Something like the TP-Link Archer C7 will be just as fast as an Asus product with all of the same features but cost half as much.
So practically all the love goes to the Asus? I'm surprised to be honest! In case anyone cares, my old router broke and I wanted to buy something high-end and, since the Asus was out of my price range, I bought the D-Link DIR-880L and it's excellent. I dunno if the Asus is better, but I couldn't be happier.
