Just to add some info on the Ruta Locura Sorex stakes: The newest version _does_ come with a pre-drilled hole and cordage for filling them... The 9" ones are absolutely awesome.

I've got three of the stakes featured here (I may have a problem): The MSR Carbon Core, Ruta Locura Sorex stakes, and Litesmith Ankr stakes, the later in both the long and short lenghts. Of these, the Ankr are my favorite.
The biggest advantage the Ankr stakes have over the Sorex stakes is the reflective pull cord. This makes them easier to spot and remove from the ground. There's simply no way to attach a pull cord to the Sorex stakes. Litesmith also claims their wrapped carbon fiber weave is stronger than extruded carbon fiber like that in Sorex stakes, but I'm pleased to say I haven't had to test this claim, yet.
The biggest advantage they have over the Carbon Core stakes is value: Ankr stakes are less than half the price. Also, when I purchased my MSR stakes (on an Amazon Lightning Deal, so at least the price was more reasonable), they did not include a pull cord, though they do have a hole to attach one (which I did).
Finally, as strange as this may be to say, these are beautiful looking stakes. Now don't you want beautiful stakes holding your tent or tarp?
