true model m's are a joy, questions: would these fit the newer "unicomp" manufactured model m's? and is there more than these few choices?

Yep! I have Unicomp replacement keys on my IBM, but these are all of the custom Model M keycaps that I could find.

There would need to be two versions though, since for some models you need to replace the whole key, for others just the top of the cap
I love my Model M, but I don't see many key cap options available for them.
