The Syma X5c-1 is probably the best beginner outside quad. It's cheap~$40-60 depending on place and the replacement parts are WIDELY available for cheap as dirt(new props, motors and guards for around $6 total for all those parts). Shame it was looked over.
I believe everybody is really going to enjoy a ladybird, not trying to sway votes but it's awesome for the price

That's pretty much the idea. Not meant to be some crazy expensive hobbyist quadcopter, just something low cost to have fun with.
