Mx master 2s?
I'm on my 4th Logitech Mx Preformance Mouse. The right mouse button always wore out shortly after the battery life was diminished. I took the first one apart to find the failure point. The plastic that connects with the switch had deformed around the switch. It could be mended, but I can cannibalize the mouse and make other devices. I also upgraded the battery to these: http://amzn.to/1UhV6bh
I am sorry but i am new to this site, but does it mean when a products gets the most votes it will go on sale?

i am new too, this has a lot of votes. y MX master not on sale?
just bought one from best buy for 100, worth every single penny, don't wait for massdrop just go buy one now!!!
I'm new to all this, but I really need a new mouse soon (mine's going out in a very annoying way). What I'm wondering is how long it usually takes for one of these to go from a 'vote' to a 'buy'.
It's nice. I'd place its worth closer to $70. The only real downside I've found is the poor placement of the thumb scrollwheel and buttons on the left side of the mouse . If these were moved a bit further up, maybe 1/3 of an inch, it'd be perfect .
this is the best mouse ever made
Mx master is being praised a lot by big people !!! It is just right !
Too bad I jumped the gun. I just upgraded from the M570 trackball to the MX Master. I owned an M570 for about 7 years, and had worn it out after all that time. Unbox Therapy and MKBHD and several others on YouTube had gotten Logitech MX Masters and made videos reviewing them and they were all positive. I wanted to upgrade to a mouse in the MX series for a while, and I'm glad I waited for the MX Master. Both mice are large enough for my whole hand to comfortably fit on them, but the Master's more sculpted design fits my hand better. Both are right-handed, sorry lefties, so for right-handed mousers, they feel great. They both have full Mac and Windows support and (with some work) work well with various Linux distributions as well. ___ The M570 excels on smaller desks with little space for mousing. The trackball does need to be cleaned every other week or so depending on use, but when it is clean it is responsive. It also offers vertical scrolling and back/forward buttons for web browsers. Since I only wore out the buttons and it still tracks well, I still pull it out for some precision tasks. This trackball is compatible with Logitech's Unifying receiver and the buttons can be customized by their software. The 2 AA batteries used by the M570 last for quite a while (daily use and I replaced in the 5-7 month range) ___ The MX Master offers a more sculpted design as well as more features. It has horizontal scrolling via thumb wheel, 2-mode vertical scrolling via the standard middle scroll wheel, thumb-activated browser back and forward buttons, and a thumb-activated gesture button. The 2-mode scrolling can be customized with the Logitech application and provides what I call 'infinite scrolling' and standard ratcheted scrolling. If you scroll the wheel quickly enough, it will pull back the ratchet lever and allow the scroll wheel to spin freely and scroll very quickly. At normal scrolling speeds, it will behave like a normal scroll wheel and move a few lines at a time. You can also use the button below the scroll wheel to toggle this setting or customize it in the Logitech application. The darkfield tracking system even allows the Master to track on glass surfaces! With daily use, I get 3-5 weeks of battery life from the Master before having to recharge via micro USB cable. The MX Master also offers dual connectivity options (Unifying and Bluetooth) and a three device memory. It can be paired to up to 3 unifying receivers or Bluetooth devices or any combination of them. This is really useful if you have a laptop and a desktop and use the mouse with both systems. ___ If you have the space and money, go for the MX Master. If you have a cramped desk, like trackballs better, or don't have enough for the Master but can get the M570, do it. Both options are amazing and are good investments.
