I've added the XB280HK 28" 4k monitor as it was just announced by acer. This will be a 4k monitor with g-sync!

Honestly not sure of an exact release date, but I've read here: http://pcdiy.asus.com/2014/01/pg278q-rog-swift-gaming-monitor-the-best-gaming-monitor/ that it will be at an $799 price point. Hopefully we can strike an early deal together. Release date is "Q2" this year so it may be soon!
