The Benchmade 915 Triage is a knife that I have carried for many years, for an EDC to Using it in Search And Rescue operations. The Triage is something that fits the key categories for a rescue knife (IMHO), the G2 grips are very easy to hold on to, even with wet hands or gloves, the cutter works very well to cut rope or seatbelts, I have even used it to cut kevlar straps, The blade has a smooth opening and a very firm and strong lock (doesn't wiggle or rattle) and the blades edge stays quite sharp for a long time, I only have to touch it up every once in a while. The N680 Steel keeps the blade strong and sharp while still letting it have a little bit of flex to keep it from breaking when you abuse it.
Yes, I realise that I sound like a salesman: but I trust this knife with my life, and more importantly, others lives' as well.
