I was going to suggest the 1T and newest 2T capacities, but in sticking with the title, I suggested the uber fast M.2 PCI-E 3.0 x4 512GB "blade" sad that works with the new skylake platform as well as a decent selection of x79/x99 boards. This model is available in a vanilla AHCI flavor as well, but NVMe is designed specifically for flash based devices where AHCI has been around for decades ad is modeled towards spinners. Personally I am not a fan of the EVO series, there is a reason they are so terribly cheaper compared to the Pro's. (Namely write endurance). Should I create a "1-2TB" size poll maybe as well?
Actually, why not 1TB ?
