These were $150 at Best buy. I got mine for $124 shipped by including 2 filler items ($4) to get $30 discount. BestBuy.com actually screwed up their SKU and mixed it up with the non-noise canceling version. LOL. Anyways, I have one right now, I think being able to play music over Bluetooth is a real plus (no wires!), along with active noise cancellation. It does a good job for filtering low frequency, but I think the Bose QC20 (in-ear) was much better. When I wear it for more than 1 hour, my head kind of feel squeezed, I have to take it off for couple minutes. For this reason, I prefer in-ear.
I can't comment on sound quality, but it does support apt-x along with several other standard codecs. To enable apt-x, you have to hold Vol+ with Power on for couple seconds at least one time.
I wanted to add that you can't have active noise cancelation without playing anything which is a major bummer. If headphone doesn't detect anything playing for 2-3 minutes, it'll shut off the whole thing.
