Any USB keyboard is Mac compatible, you just need to install Karabiner on the mac. Though, Das and Matias are truly compatible

The Varmilo VA87M Mac is also truly compatible. To be truly compatible the keyboard has to "pretend" to be an Apple keyboard by returning the USB HID vendor ID 1452. Then OSX will respond to the function keys like it does no a real apple keyboard
