great plate, fast customer service, minor issue with the screws

[3 pics attached] The POM plate is much cleaner than the stock plate (see pic) and sounds better too imho. There were no instructions, as usual, but installation was not hard - but I had two issues. Unlike the stock PC plate, which has brass threaded inserts molded in, the POM plate comes with brass stand-offs and two sets of M2.5 screws. The flathead screws attach the plate to the stand-offs, and the button head screws which have ~3mm of thread, screw the PCB to the stand-offs. My first issue was that one of the button-heads was missing; there should have been six, and I only got 5. I contacted Drop (Friday night) and requested a spare screw. Customer service got back to me Saturday morning, which I thought was very prompt. They were polite as always and agreed to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could return the entire plate for a replacement. However, they do not keep spare screws so could not just ship me a replacement screw. In the end, I found a set of slightly shorter M2.5 screws in a junk jar, which turned out to be helpful due to Issue #2: Issue #2 was that the combined length of the two screws took up the entire length of the standoff, and in a few cases they met, meaning that they could not completely secure the PCB even after being fully tightened. My attached third pic shows the very slight slack remaining after fully tightening one such set of screws. This could result in unwanted rattle and contaminate the sound of the keyboard - certainly not what I was looking for after spending $25 for what, after all, is a fairly subtle upgrade. Since the spare screws I dug out of my junk jar were slightly shorter, they worked fine. Another alternative would have been to use washers. I cannot fault Drop for the missing screw, since such things happen, and they were quickly responsive and willing to replace the whole product for the sake of the screw. I would suggest though, that a set of washers be included which should fix the fit issue at very low cost.
