High Quality Cable and Connector

The cable is supple and the heat shrink around the cables was perfectly set. Besides looking great, the connector is much more to my liking than the larger aviator type. It is easy to disconnect by pulling straight apart and to reconnect by lightly pushing together while turning until aligned.

works great if you dont touch it

worked great for the first few months. then I decided to touch the cable and move it around a little on my desk. then it became spotty and practically unusable. the coil itself is the problem. unfortunately I can't return it, otherwise I would. I don't recommend the coil cables. luckily it's a USB-C port so any other USB-C cable works. a good purchase if you plan to never touch it and keep it perfectly in place the entire time it's out of the box.

The connector is not the best

As someone who usually uses the quick release mechanism to swap out my keyboard cable, I found the mechanism on this cable rather disappointing. It requires a good deal of effort to open, and is built rather differently to other drop aviator cables I've purchased EDIT: I realised the connector was a "pull back" to disconnect, not spin to disconnect barrel. Having realised this I now enjoy this product so am revising my review up!
