Here is some proof to back up what I said on page 10, about my 2.5mm's.. "They improved my typing speed on the first try. When I used membrame keyboards, I could get 110+ WPM on a good day (with like 10-15 wrong words though). When I switched to mech keyboards, I got like 100< WPM on my hardest tries.
After putting these on and trying them out, I got 115 WPM on my first try (and only 1 wrong word!). This was pretty much the reason I wanted to buy these rings; to type faster and reduce finger fatigue.".
It might depend per person, but for me, these make me type like sonic on steroids.

YamazakiI admit I did not believe you when I first saw this post. Today, I encountered it again, and thought about giving it a try - had some 1.5m on drawer - because I was disappointed with them - they take half the joy, on the acoustics front, away.
It's impressive. No matter what I used to do, during my best moments, I could only see a 80 WPM (trending ~75-76 WPM). After I put them on (2x o-rings on each OEM profile keycap), first run 88 WPM.... ok, I though... plain luck. All subsequent attempts scored above 90 WPM. [Gateron Greens]
Effect is that much impressive, they should call them "speedopills" instead, and people later discovering they also make keyboards more silent.
Thanks a lot for persisting on it.
