Guys, am using this CIEM nearly exclusive the last few weeks. Am in heaven. I use it more than my K10 (no it's not better, but different) and for this price they are a steal. The bass is yummy and the mids and treble is wonderfully weighted. I don't think you can go wrong with these. Plus the comfort of customs is absolutely amazing. PieceOfTauok, but keep in mind please that the K10 is $1,650 and has 10 BA drivers for each side. The K10 is more coherent (most coherent IEM I have ever heard) each frequency is where it should be, amazing clarity and detail, ruthless honesty, lovely bass that is there if called upon and mids to that are like liquid gold. The K10 to me gets every frequency band right, nothing is recessed, it's all there, it is amazing. Now, the AH3Pro thanks to being a custom, is more comfortable for me and a bit more fun focussed. I can also listen to them for hours without any fatigue. After a few days getting accustomed with the sound signature, I hear a really nice bass that is boosted a bit, that works very well for me, some organic and well rendered mids and detailed treble that is never harsh or sibilant and a bit rolled of without missing much. Soundstage is above average for sure. I recently paired them with my Trusted RSA The Predator and couldn't be happier. Lush and engaging. For the price, these are a steal.
koolpepAwesome! Thanks for the thoughts. I almost spent my last tax return on the k10's but couldn't quite bring myself to do it. So I'm stoked to hear that these will be enjoyable.
PieceOfTauCertainly you won't regret it. A little bird with the name Wizard told us there is a black friday sale - discount not yet clear, but surely worth waiting for....if you are on the fence for a K10.
