Peeps go get a Western Digital SN500 500GB M.2 PCIe x2 for $1 less than this crappy SATA drive. Redicilous this drive costs this much for just SATA

The fluctuating pricing is bothersome - I see mention of $83 for the 1TB model, but it's currently $3 more than Amazon ($113 vs $110 pretax) at every price tier, so I'm not seeing much of a point to buy from Massdrop now.

Is there a way to tell what a drop’s limit is? I was on my way to cancel my order (with multiple days left on the drop) when the drop abruptly ended. There was no notice on what item limit the drop had, which is ludicrous. That should be mandatory to aid people who may want to cancel, so that they aren’t taken by surprise when the drop ends early.
