I just fill empty large bottles that I haven't recycled yet and it works really well. You're right about color and taste. In the end though. As long as we enjoy it. No one will take that from us. :P

No problem. Have to love cold brewing though, always comes out good. I've even forgot it and took it out around 24 hours, still tasted just fine, and is always refreshing in the heat. It certainly does offer a different taste as well, but in a good way. One of my green teas comes out looking visually lighter, but I think tastes better. Biggest problem with the Primula I've been using though is if the tea needs space to expand, it just doesn't offer much space for that.

How did I not see your response? My mistake. I do cold brew tea. Just dump and steep. Comes out far more earthy tasting to me. I personally like it that way now.
