Several trips on the Sacramento river. Fun, easy, and a great price. What more can you ask for?
I pull the black rubber insert and stuff the oars inside to keep it open and dry faster after a run. Longest trip was about 8-10 miles on the river, ~3 hours. Was comfortable. No back pain.
tracks pretty straight, some paddling coordination required, but not an issue. After 20 minutes, you should have it. Mild rapids, fun, stable.
Purchased two other AE inflatable Kayaks for family to join me. Wife drops me off and I find my way home after exiting near our residence.
Recommend. Get out and paddle.

The kayak is considerably lighter and more compact than my hardshell, but has considerably more drag in the water. I'd suggest getting the foot pump if you don't like hyperventilating - I didn't.
