I'm getting rather confused! I thought the last drop available for this was sometime late November during Black Friday! How come Im reading that people are saying it took "2 weeks" for it to ship, which would have made this available mid December? I've been waiting on this to drop for the last 3 weeks and have seen no activity. Are small burst drops happening that are being sold out immediately that I'm missing? Is there another page or step that I'm missing to find it? What's going on ):

TradiusHe probably means that shipping took two weeks, not that it took two weeks from ordering.

TradiusOnly ONE drop has been done. The drop was open for sign-ups for quite a while & they were also shipped out in multiple batches, so people are receiving them at very variable times. The drop has two ship out dates as well (mid-December and sometime in February). But no, you only missed the first drop. There should be two more drops in the future. Request the product so you will be notified when the product is dropped again.

BluCreatorYup. Received them about a week ago. They are quite good, especially at this price point. Direct compared it to my old Hifiman HE-400 and Hifiman HE-560, and I personally preferred it over my HE-400. The K7xx has enough bass to satisfy HE-400 lovers, better comfort, better sound stage, and more balanced overall sound signature. Not quite as good as the HE-560, but close enough that the HE-560 seems almost overpriced. I have been more impressed by the K7xx than all the other closed/open headphones I have tried up to the $300 price (though this is obviously from memory, so not a direct comparison). Definitely prefer these over the Q701 (for comfort & sound).
The K7xx has a well-balanced generally neutral sound signature with a good quantity of bass. Should suit most people's preferences. Amazing sound stage & imaging, good detail retrieval, clear sharp treble without sibilance, and tight bass with decent extension. I think the sound quality is excellent for these headphones & I would personally highly recommend them. Great deal at this price. (imo of course, ymmv)
