ArthurMMine shipped 8 days ago and won't be here until tomorrow, for a package that has to go no more than two states, isn't that kind of ridiculous for $9 shipping? I was expecting Priority Mail or UPS 2 day for that price. I even would have begrudgingly accepted UPS 3 day, but this is insulting.

ArthurMMy headphones have taken the following route :
Secaucus, NJ, US Frankfurt, DE Saulheim, DE Rodgau, DE and then back to Frankfurt, DE
They have been travelling for 7 days so far, the bulk of which has been in Germany, and there is no clear indication that they are even headed to the correct hemisphere yet. While Australia and Austria sound similar, I can assure you that Australia isn't in Europe.
There really needs to be an option to either choose the carrier, or to know in advance which drops to not participate in because you're going to use DHL Global Mail.
After calling DHL I was told "oh, 13 business days is the average time before it gets to your local carrier" note the BUSINESS days. That's 17 real person days. Before it gets to my local carrier. Which will then add a couple of days on top of that for actual delivery to me. So three weeks. I can't find a USPS service that is that slow.
