I grabbed one of these in the last drop - bloody good buy use it pretty much everyday. If my bank account allows there will be another one brought in this drop. I grabbed a M and it fits perfectly - feel free to ask about sizing and stuff if you have questions.
I was between sizes and went for the size up - don't think that the size down would have looked right. These jackets are designed to look good a little bigger.
The size chart tells me I'm a size L but in other jackets I get a size XL. Should I follow their sizing or stay with what I usually get? I don't want to get something too small since I won't be able to exchange it.
Hi Tadleer,
What about if my measurements were;
Neck -16.5
Chest - 42
Waist - 34
Sleeve - 32
and height of 6'0 to 6'1? Should I be L or would that still be snug? (I know I'm quite similar to Logic's measurements)
glitchyHi Glitchy,
It really depends on how you want this jacket fitted, some people prefer to have it form fitting and literally only have a t-shirt/long sleeve tshirt under this, some want to have sweaters under it. So it really depends on how you want your fit to be. L would be a snug fit with the tshirt under like i mentioned, if you wanted a bit more of a wiggle room/layering option I'd go with the XL. YMMV though. :)
Okay, so tell me, if you follow the instructions inside the jacket and wash the navy jacket with like colours, that means you're gonna screw the inside of the jacket, which is orange.
Or are you supposed to wash it together with orange clothes, which the navy outer will damage the colours of your orange clothes?
And yes, it says cold machine wash on the instructions, and to not dry clean it.
I purchased the navy xl. On first wear the jacket was really good, but after the initial wash I'm not happy about how it came out. I washed the jacket in a regular short cold wash cycle, and after drying it in the shade the elasticity on the cuffs are much worse now, also the orange inner has now taken in the colour of the navy outer, kinda like a browinsh orange now.
The colour now looks like I've owned it for a few years now. Not impressed.
Any Canadian here...? I got charged custom a whopping $55 CAD. what's up with that ? never been charged this much custom from Massdrop ever, maybe upto $20/30 I was expecting the most :S....
