Why does the video show the Canberra but it's not an option for the drop? It's the one that looks the most interesting to me.

I love my Tofino light!!! It arrived before I got home, so hubbie opend it and is using it to repair something on his keyboard. From how he is using it, I know that it will be perfect for what I ordered it for -- my embroidery sewing machine. The large hoop area of the machine is hard to light evenly. I've been playing with the angle and the rotation of the light and will do exactly what I want, When I was looking at the drop, I almost ordered a different light, and then hubbie chimed in. I now wish I'd ordered two, as I know I will be fighting him over the lamp. I will ordered me another one!! when the drop is available again!!!

Figures that the one I like isn't dimmable (Tofino). Oh well, I guess my wallet thanks you for helping me skip this one.

Has anyone found reviewd of the Tofino? I'm looking for that type of lamp for my desk. Unfortunately, I only found one review on Amazon... and it is not complimentary.

josh_bI see what you mean. There was only one review for the tofino. There was only one review for one of the other Alvin lamps and while it was 4 Stars, I got the feeling the reviewer had doubts how it would hold up.
