It's a tonneau case so it will wear small. 42 for a diver can be a little small for me. 45 would be perfect. With a short lug to lug, this could well be worth a try for $99...
There's no actual proof his wrist size is any bigger than his IQ, and no indication he's ever actually bought any watch on MD (he's one of those wankers that keeps his Purchases section private). Can't say I blame him--MD used to sell Ladies unmentionables ;- )
Even for me (a guy with huge, manly-man, eight-inch wrists) 47mm is definitely Nimitz-Class size!

Closest watch I have would be a Makara Sea Turtle at 44mm--which is only Bismarck size:

And while I like it just fine, I have to admit is more of novelty watch, than an everyday watch.
That said, I still maintain only YOU can decide what your limits are--or are not!PS: @Bobraz 's birthday is just around the corner and I know he's positively Jonesing for the green one--so, you know, just wanted to point that out...
Nothing to lose, especially if you kindly keep entertaining us with witty remarks and caustic comments! (and bashing/shaming the idiotic commenters - I love it!)
martygeeozI really like the red one and I really like the black one I already have the white full lume dial I bought it for 99 from them direct when they first release them I think I paid 12 or $15 shipping from Florida to North Carolina. I'm trying to resist to get some more diversity into my collection
martygeeozHi martygeeoz , what you say is true, that is why I bought the black version. Already bought the blue version at Aragon and paid $20 more for the watch plus $25 delivery to Canada. Almost $35 cheaper total on drop . And there products are very good quality. Great minds think alike. Enjoy your watches. Cheers Leonard.
On one hand, the design looks really good but on the other hand, the case is 47mm... Why on god damn earth would you design and produce a 47mm watch???
I wouldn't say age. Rather wrist size. If you have a large wrist then its good. However 47 is on the larger side. Lug to lug is only 48, however. So probably wears small.
drinianHi drinian, actually does wear well on 6 3/4 inches and up. As long as you like bigger sizes. Works well for my brother and I. The lug to lug being 48mm helps improve the look and fit. Cheers Leonard
Had my sweet Lime Green one 6 days now , been wearing it 24 hrs a day and its gaining about 6 seconds a day ,,, pretty good for a new movement ,, I love this watch, its build is awesome ! Seiko Prospex quality ,, ( I have a few ) and for the price it can't be beat .

Your "sweet Lime..."?!
Ha--everyone knows limes are tart--don't try to kid us!
And claiming to have actually slept with that deadly weapon strapped to your arm is the height of irresponsibility--you could have rolled over and accidentally killed your dear wife (assuming the poor woman could actually get to sleep with that glowing hunk of kryptonite keeping her up all night)!
Just look at those sharp corners too--that watch should come with a child-proof kit--I see that wound on the back of your hand, lucky you were wearing your PPE gear when it fell on you!
This is a dangerous watch--admit it!

I have bought from Aragon and the watches have always been top quality. I just think they are a bit too big. If it were 40 to 44 mm I would have pulled the trigger
