i bought the verona pro, i havent had 1 issue with the chair besides the 2 screws on the bottom of the arm rest that stabilizes the arm rest from wiggling, well it finally happen and both those screws are stripped out and the right arm rest just flop dicks in the wind now
one of the sides seems to be missing stuff on the joint where you attach the back, one side has the metal disk and spring inside the plastic, the other is empty with nothing and the metal that attaches to the back is free swinging, is this a defective one? I will post an update when it is assembled, I really hope its not broken before i even got to sit in it!
I had bought this back in December 2017. My arm rest broke last night when I was lifting myself up on it. I see it has a two year warranty. How do I go about seeing if this covers it?
Received my chair and finally got it put together in my new office. I do have an issue with the chair siting on the piston, it sits on it crooked. I tried pulling the rocking mechanism off of the piston and reseating it, but no matter what I do it still sits cocked to the right. Is this something that I can fix, or get a new part for?
Thank you
Jeremy
JMan551Howdy,
There is a small plastic cap on the top of the piston that must be removed. If you dont remove it then you have the exact experience you are currently dealing with. I hope that helps.
Cheers.
Just curious, this is my first drop and was wondering it says it ships Feb 1st. Does it normally take that long to go through. It's no rush just wondering. Can't wait to get the chair ^-^
Received quickly, nice surprise!! Now on to the chair...rather disappointed.
Box arrived undamaged and all the pieces were well packed. The back rest had massive stains all over the "leather", the stitching was hideous, and there are rips near the connecting points on the seat and back pieces. The back pillow is pretty much useless as it flattens with even the slightest pressure - does not "push back" at all.
The height adjustment does NOT work(yes i removed the cap off the rising mechanism). The seat tilting is a nice feature, the back tilt works flawlessly.
Now the worse part:
IT HAS NO PADDING!!
Yes, it does have Styrofoam in it but it does absolutely nothing. The styrofoam compacts super quickly and it is very hard to sit on as there are wire supports on the bottom so you end up sitting directly on the metal with no support. I took the chair apart again and looked in the seat and back portion and it is only a quarter inch or so of styrofoam wrapped around the metal...and that is all there is. After 15 minutes my bottom is in so much pain that I have to literally get off the chair.
Conclusion:
This feels like a knock off from ebay. The chair feels and looks cheap. Features do not work. Materials are extremely cheap. NO SUPPORT for your bottom. Even for the the ~$120 it is a let down. Save your coins and get the better chairs.
Well, the drop ended and I got a shipping notification yesterday that it was sent out. Received it today, super happy with the speed. Unfortunately, it was too good to be true. It arrived with substantial damage to the seat-to-back connection on the right side. If an Arozzi rep could reach out that would be great
