gatsbyIt sure damn does :) You planning on running the stock tube? What headphones you got? With mine I felt that the highs were a little harsh, and that tube I linked up really smoothed out the highs and gave a little more low too. Congrats on your purchase. Make sure to set the gain adjustments on the bottom of the unit to match your headphones. With my 32ohm headphones I couldn't use more than about a quarter of the volume knob range, which caused channel imbalance at low volume. Once I set the switches on the bottom to the minimum gain setting everything works flawless!

toysareforboysThis is the my first device to use tubes so I'll run the stock tube awhile before deciding whether to try other ones, not sure which tube suits my headphones. I have Sennheiser HD600. (300ohms). :) Thanks for the tip on the gain, I'll make sure to adjust it to match my cans.
