Are low pro Gateron and Kailh choc interchangeable? i.e. would this board support kailh choc?

Are you talking about the stem i. e. keycap compatibility or pin compatibility? If the former, no, they are not if the Chocs are V1 since these have a two-prong locking system for the keycaps. V2 are cherry-stem. So keycap compatibility... maybe. If the latter, well, no. Pins are located in a similar fashion but datasheets show different spacing so no, they are not compatible at pin-level.

Is this keyboard interchangeable with normal type gateron switches and normal keycaps?

The Azio Cascade Slim is compatible with any Gateron low profile switch. Normal keycaps cannot be used for this keyboard. You would have to use Azio's Slim keycaps.
