They are glued in but I can pull them out. They’re just sheepskin attached to rubber. And they’re currently falling apart & coming out all on their own.

HoneySoles, I have a question for you. I normally wear a blended merino wool sock. Would this add much? And if so, how? Back a long time ago, in the previous century, my ex and I owned some sheep skins. They were wonderfully comfortable. I have no delusions of these mimicking a tanned, died, hide, but I find the idea intriguing. And how long is the life expectancy? And what about people with duck feet (7.5EE). Whoa! It looks like I lied. There's way more than one question here. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

I have some lace ups by Streetcars and a pair of SAS tennies, black, lace up. I would probably put them in the latter if I can extract the insoles in one piece.

Just received mine, a quick trim of the insoles and they're in my Redwings boots.
Much more cushioned and cosy for Winter.

HoneySolessize US 8. will i have to trim the sole? my biggest worry is the sole being too small and slipping and sliding around inside the shoe
