These are fabulous portable headphones rivaling Beyer's T1 statement cans. Missed the last drop because of too few subscribers so I purchased on Amazon. This is a huge saving for an unbelievable headphone. FWIW.

BurgboyThere is absolutely no way these can even come close to matching the T1. I'm sure they're good but the T1 is very refined. Beyer's portable lineup tends to lean in one particular direction, whether it be bass (Custom One Pro) or fidelity (DT1350/T50p/T51p). The T1 is much more balanced. I'm sorry, but a $250 pair of headphones is not going to get close to an $800 pair. Not to say the T51p aren't good, but saying they "rival" the T1 is definitely an exaggeration.
