Beyerdynamic T70p Audiophile Headphone

I have a pair of these and I love them. If you like these and need a different cable configuration, look at Moon Audio, they do several different hacks and great quality work on headphone. Things like balanced inputs, XRL connections and their wire is high quality as well! I received these from Amazon when they where much cheaper than they are now. These are my home listening headphones for personal listening and I’ve got a set of Shure SE-864 earbuds for on the go paired with an Astell & Kern Kann player or my favorite, the classic A&K 120 MQS Dual DAC portable. Love everything about this player. It uses the Dual Wolfson WM8740 DAC chipset . To me it sounds much better than the Kann, which uses a single chipset. I bought the Kann only for the amount of storage space it will accommodate. The Beyerdynamic’s sound incredible through both players . My home set up is a Mytech DAC / Amplifier with a top loading Rega Cd Transport! I have many Japanese Platinum SHM disc , 24 bit CDs , and HDCDs . It’s also a streaming device that I have a MacBook hooked up to and a few DSD files that are great sounding as well. I have the unbalanced original cord on mine, but I did have Moon Audio make me a set of TSSR balanced cables for my A&K devices and Shure earbuds and this alone made them sound noticable better!
