I still have yet to receive my headlamp from this drop, and I'm getting anxious about it because I will only be living at the address I listed as a shipping address for a little more than a month. Why the holdup? Am I the only one who hasn't received theirs yet?

KikiI did end up receiving a refund for the lost item, though I never did find out exactly what happened with the order since it was marked as "Delivered". The staff was very helpful and willing to work with me.
