Well bought this as a gift for the in-laws for Christmas and tried to install the camera today. Power is working, confirmed that. The white LED light on the front is blinking along with the set of status lights on the back. The voice announcing the recording is starting as per the manual, doesn't happen. Guess I'll start the warranty process with Cammsys. Knew I should have stuck with the Blackvue cameras....

Tanner74perhaps 'reset'? Disengage power, i.e. take out battery, maybe memory card?

DickENot aware of any physical reset button or "hold this button down for x seconds" to reset - nothing in the manual. No way of disconnecting the super capacitor (well never say never, though it would void the warranty assuming it exists). Tried without the memory card in it. All the same result.
Seven days since I emailed Cammsys, no reply. Did send something to massdrop to see if they can help out, did hear back from them two days ago that my issue has been sent to a different team to handle this..... and did see an email from them after all (accidentally deleted it), sending it back for a full refund

Tanner74Tanner...I've done what you did. Not open or use electronics for 90 plus days. Of course we're not going to get an exchange. Actually, currently an unused VR system. Dick
