stroker_78_camaroGot the same. I had never used an Emerson folder before so I was kinda excited to try it out. First time I went to pull the knife from my pocked I forgot about the wave feature, and absentmindedly stuck a finger in my pocket to free it from whatever was snagging it (ha) and sliced the crap out of my index finger.
I'm not totally sold on the Emerson yet, but I'm prepared to accept that the defect may lie with me.
