Hmmmm, what can I say.... I was excited to receive these buds after having owned them for about three weeks, here's my assessment.
The Good: - Build quality is great! These things are indestructible. The wire/strap between the two buds is pretty stiff, but that helps them hold their position in your ear. - The waterproof is awesome! They're easy to clean and *could* be used quite much anywhere, if it weren't for...
The Bad: - Even with the myriad of rubber tips and adapter things and clips and whatnot, I have YET to find a combination that actually stays in my ear for more than 3 minutes. When these get wet, they DON'T stay in. When I'm moving around much at all, heck even when I'm NOT moving around, they DON'T stay in. The medium buds are too big and they push themselves out of my ears, and the small buds are too small and don't "grip" onto anything. Add on that each side is pretty heavy and it's a recipe for failure... Talk about bad luck. - The sound quality is *okay*. I think they could've used a lot more highs and less bass. When you're out working out or doing things outdoors it just seems easier to hear the music when the highs come through a bit clearer. I'll call it a con because I've had better (more appealing, not necessarily "higher quality") sound quality from much cheaper ear buds and headphones than these. - Don't get me started on latency! I've used a few other Bluetooth adapters and headphones/earbuds and I've never had such issues with latency. They seems to be fine most of the time but occasionally when watching videos for example, they are just a few milliseconds behind the video. No fun!!

If you ask me, you're better off looking elsewhere or saving your money for something a bit better. Or better yet, just grab a Bluetooth reciever for $5 or $10 and use and pair of headphones or earbuds you want.
