Wish more companies would make pens using the Pilot G2. I've used many ballpoint styled refills (including the Schmidt) and none have written as nicely as the Pilot G2.

TheRavenI feel your pain. I'm fan of the pilot v5 rt (same size as pilot g2). Besides the expensive KK Retrakt, I've spent countless hours looking without any luck.

TheRavenIt writes really well, but I think the Zebra G301 writes just as smoothly and as well. And I like the strong metal form factor better.

jessewaldoThe Zerba. Are you using the G301? It's a gel cartridge like the Pilot G2 and writes just as well in my opinion but retains the form of the original Zebra. The best of both worlds for me.

TheRavenI don't believe it takes the Pilot G2. It takes the Parker G2-sized refill and similar-sized refills, if I'm not mistaken about what the description says.
