Great product, but I did not receive what was ordered
EDIT: My original review is below this paragraph but I am updating based on the customer service I received from Drop and the vendor. I contacted Drop regarding the issue who contacted the vendor. All correspondence between me and the vendor was relayed from Drop which may have had some delays but I did not mind waiting. I was given the option to choose two additional pairs to compensate for receiving the wrong item to begin with. I gave my two options and was told that one was out of stock as well. I ended up receiving 5 pairs in total, after ordering 2. The 2 from the original shipment (1 of which was not what I ordered) and 3 additional pair that came in the same shipment. 1 of which is what I chose, and 2 additional designs that they added. They picked 2 that I was looking at so I am happy. This was a long ordeal but both Drop and the vendor made it right quickly!
Received my order yesterday. The 'Navy' pair are misleading. The Drop shows 'Navy' as being a design with boats, islands, and colored patches. I received a bag labeled 'Navy' but it is a solid navy blue color with no design. I'm not sure if there was any announcement about this but I have put in a ticket. Hopefully this gets resolved!
TLDR: I ordered 2, one was wrong, got to keep both, and they sent 3 more in the end.
Overall good product well made, pouch fits well keeps things snug and well positioned, great color range....longevity is my only concern, will they hold up to regular washing🤔, I luv the camo patterns so will buy again next drop
Fantastic. I was primarily worn loose boxer style underwear for years, but over the past year came to prefer the 6 or so pairs of boxer briefs I had from urban outfitters, especially while at work(full time line cook working 8-14 hour days in a hot and sweaty kitchen) for the reduced friction and chafing. I now wear boxer briefs almost exclusively, having bought a dozen Calvin Klein boxer briefs around the time I purchased these. I can say without a doubt that these are a superior choose for the money. The material is super comfy, nearly as breathable as under armour conpression shorts, stylish, and the way they hold the goods not only keeps your junk in place without feeling constricting or cramped, it also presents a rather appealing display of what you got, even a below average grower would look decently impressive in these. They are simply superior in every way to comparable name brand options such as Calvin Klein.
