The GPCA 1945 is miles better than this junk. What is tactical here? Nothing . The GPCA offers glass breaker (which works beautifully)..an inbuilt mutitone whistle, Firestarter and has same bolt action as this one. All features function as advertised.
Gonna use this to tactically write angry letters to your congressman? It’s a pen. Trying to boost sales to the Mountain Dew and Cheetos crowd by making allusions to it being tacticool is pathetic.

All humor aside, the EDC & Camping community have appropriated this word “Tactical“ so that it now holds no meaning. As soon as I see that word in a listing I instantly can‘t take it seriously.
If you are a company with military contracts to sell equipment that will be used by the armed forces, then fine, call it “tactical“. But if you are selling to the civilian public, you have no business calling it “tactical”.
Well, I had a great experience.
I received an email saying that the pens could be delayed up to 30 days. I was like 😑 Massdrop. Then 4 minutes later, I got a shipping notification. 36 hours later, I received my pen. With an O ring in the head cap to hold it in place, and in the right color.

Do not buy. I joined the last drop. Waited for over a month for even a shipping confirmation, only to have my transaction cancelled due to poor communication with the distributer and limited supply. Very disappointing.
