hatmanI've had two different instances dealing with Massdrop support in similar situations as yours and hold them in high regard. Try reaching out again and make sure you're using the correct channels.

DellwolfBlade is off-center but the proprietary pivot screw cannot be adjusted because the included pivot tool doesn't fit this model -- it was built for an earlier version. Boker is aware of this problem but continues to include the wrong tool!
I've written and called Boker USA without any response.
The knife is otherwise well-made. But do you really want a folder that needs a proprietary tool to adjust and the manufacturer includes the wrong tool? As far as I can determine, Boker doesn't even make the correct tool for this model.
Massdrop has been of no help.

hatmanJust make one out of a paper clip. Not that difficult to make a two prong tool.

hatmanIf you can, loosen the standoff screws, not the pivot, and try to slightly shift each side of the handle parallel with the blade while it is closed until your are satisfied with the alignment. I hope this helps it has worked on my other knives many times.

DellwolfYes, that is a good suggestion and appreciated. I've been in touch with other buyers with the same issue with this Boker and some of them warn that all they accomplished was to strip the small screws. As I said, Boker has long been aware of this issue and has done nothing. This knife has an MSRP of more than $100 -- I don't think buyers should have to make their own tools or risk damaging their new, out of the box knife to make it right.

hatmanI just received my knife and the included tool fits the pivot screw. I guess they finally corrected the issue.

hatmanI think that the screws used were right for the design since I don't know how a Torx could be made to flush mount. I removed mine by steady pressure until they broke free thanks to the comments and warnings by my Knife Aficionado Brethren.
