What a debacle this has been! As well as those credits and refunds you just promised you should also mention that you will never work with Boker again as a matter of principle. A company that can't work with your schedule is a company that makes you look bad. Because of your lack of communication and Boker's incompetence I'm so very close to never purchasing from Massdrop again and I'm sure others are as well.

OrbusTotally reasonable. We certainly are not planning any more sprint runs, and we're looking closely at the production models, too.
