A limited-edition run of 2,500 pieces (max), this Boker Plus Kwaiken from Lucas Burnley is available now only on Massdrop. This exclusive version features upgraded materials, including handle scales made from Bubinga wood (a variation of African rose wood) and a blade that’s been through multiple stages of polishing to reach a mirror finish. Combining the best features from gentleman’s folders and tactical knives, the Kwaiken's 3.5-inch blade is made from high-carbon Japanese VG-10 stainless steel for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. Thanks to the IKBS pivot system, it's easily deployed with a simple press on the flipper tab. The full-size handle is tapered for a solid grip during detail work and more rigorous tasks. Use the titanium pocket clip for tip-up carry on the right side.
Note: Quantities are limited. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we can only ship this knife to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
Always fascinated by the wilderness, stories of survival, and action movies, Lucas Burnley decided to make his passion a reality in 2003 when he founded Burnley Knives. With the bulk of his experience derived from trial and error, Burnley has earned a reputation as a reliable craftsman by combining elements of classic knives with an emphasis on modern materials. “To me knives are a personal expression of independence and self reliance,” he says. “Starting with raw materials, I’m able to create intrinsically useful and aesthetically pleasing tools and objects of pride that can be used and passed down for generations."
