So the offer to help me out with some refills wasn't honored. Had to buy my own ink for a brand new pen. Sorry Massdrop, but I am not very impressed with your abysmal customer service.

petefreudThats sucks but... Write Böker. We both got the same bad deal on the ink thing. Let's hit them at the same time.
Now excuse MassDrop for letting these through final QA. Böker is responsible for at least trying for 90% QC.
Point about MD was, they don't have refills to give out. How could they unless they were aware of the fact etc.

petefreudIn that case I have no idea. I kind of knew ahead of time the ink would be bad. Sorry man. E-mail them again?
