I can't believe I had to wait OVER a MONTH to get a single zippo lighter. These zippo lighters are common lighters, they're aren't even that special. You can find all those 4 different versions lighters for around $14-$16 on Ebay with free shipping and faster delivery. I can't believe I've waited that long just to save couple bucks....

Its completely logical. In the US you can buy a Zippo in Walmart for about 10$ give or take a dollar or 2 . FACT right ? You cant do that in other countries outside of North America. FACT. The equivalent stores with bulk sales tactics do NOT stock them. You have to go to a specialty store a tobacconist , a mister minute or a army disposals store. Your 10$ Zippo is now 30-40$ AUD due to retail and distributer mark ups. Thats A FACT. And thats your most basic model. price up for graphics ,armor ,replica or deluxe models. easily spend 50$ for a flashier Zippo.
SO the question is WHO would wait several weeks for a group buy for a lighter thats a good price - but the price is similar to a vendor with stock on hand ?
An international citizen saves big time and waits maybe a fortnight more. A US citizen waits a couple of weeks for something they could've got same day delivery on.They might be buying a few and save on postage.....maybe they want to spend their bitcoins. Maybe they're a Dumbarse and didn't check prices. Could happen to anyone.
Logically what percentage of the drop falls into each group ? What group did kitty fall in to ? what group were you in until Kitty enlightened your Arse ?
Whether I was rude or not is subjective.

AntibacterialWell as a US customer I like buying from massdrop for the excellent customer service (like the 5$ refund I got when a drop was late),
also anything bought from walmart has a good chance of being more cheaply made then if you bought the same item elsewhere.

People, especially that lives in the the US. Don't buy it from Massdrop, unless you're willing to wait OVER A MONTH for a lighter to be delivered. I've linked Ebay sites where you can get them for cheaper, same price, some are free shipping, and it will delivery within a week. You won't be saving any money through Massdrop... maybe couple cents?

It's a real pity the Zippos aren't going international now.
In the past it was a real nice deal..... But not so much if you lived in USA coz Amazon.....

By far my favorite lighter is the classic Zippo. Unfortunately, it has a nasty habit of drying out after a couple weeks of non-use.
My favorite modification to bring a Zippo into the 21st Century, add a single/dual/quad butane insert. If this was available as an add-on, it'd be an insta-buy.
