Every man needs a good pair of boots, but not the exact same one. After our first successful drop with Broken Homme, we wanted a boot built with similar attention to detail, but rocking a unique look, and they delivered with the Davis Boot. Featuring the same Horween leather, Goodyear welt, and other hallmarks of sturdy construction, the Davis features a rougher finish than the Tydus, giving you an even better glimpse into the original grain.
From the floor up, the Davis was designed for the work week as much as the street. Manufactured in America with all domestic materials, Broken Homme sources their full grain leather from famed tanneries like Chicago’s Horween Leather Company. At the bottom of the boot, the frame is held in place by a steel shank, a longer lasting and more rugged upgrade over fiberglass or plastic shanks.
Built around a meticulously crafted model foot for the perfect fit and shape, the uppers are lasted to a molded and contoured lasting board that conforms to your foot and reinforces the footbed. Brought together with superior Goodyear welt construction and featuring a leather midsole filled with cork, the Davis boasts superior fit and can be easily resoled. Bringing us home, an oil and slip resistant Neoprene outsole ensures great grip on any surface.
