Measuring spoons and cups shouldn’t wear out over time. That was Browne and Co.’s thought process when designing these stainless steel measuring cups and spoons Read More
"Each cup and spoon has the measurement stamped on the handle so you know just how much to use..."
These are the kinds of cutting-edge advancements in science and technology that keep me coming back to MD again and again!
Uncanny! Just bought a set of both (All-Clad brand) after giving up on MD ever dropping a decent set in time for the holidays. Guess we were both wrong (I prefer my brand).
FYI: YOU have no doubt noticed that spoons and cups come in both traditional round shapes as well as elongated oval shapes, but do you know why? I didn't think so--here's the deal: the elongated shape is intended to make it easier to insert the spoon into tight places (a narrow spice jar for instance), where a wider, rounded spoon might not fit. Same for the cups (to one degree or another). Now you know!
PS: this is a good set at a good price, ditch that tacky plastic set of yours and upgrade to these!
How are the measuring cup handles attached? I can't tell by the pic if it's riveted, welded or a single piece. I also wish they would have included some side shots so we could have seen how high they stack.
Do these stack nicely? I've got two nice sturdy sets now, but would like to replace the set that doesn't stack (such that it fits in a drawer) with one that does.
We were able to get a better deal on the measuring cups and spoons. Measuring Cups are $21.00 and Measuring spoons are $8. Together you can get them for $29.00
