My experience with Burson Audio customer service is horrible. I will never buy a Burson Audio product again and as a result of this I can not recommend Burson Audio products.
Oreolikewise - i have asked them questions on several occasionss, including some technical stuff re the v5 purchased here, and their replies were prompt and helpful
i understand that tumbledry had a bad experience, but it seems that's the minority report

Tumbledryone off bad luck. I emailed them this morning at 9:44 am and received a reply same day at 10:13 am. Gave me good advice on how I can use the V6 in my phono preamp. In terms of advice and reponse I cant fault them.
