Stylish, functional and keeps my coffee hot for longer periods of time. Also works keeping cold beverages cool for longer periods as well. Have been hand washing instead of putting in dishwasher to be safe.

The double-wall looks like single wall, not overly thick, but beverages stay hot and cold as intended. The shape of the mugs is great -- very contemporary. I've had many admiring comments about these mugs.

If I was KonMarie these would bring me so much joy! These are so beautiful to behold, and they keep my drinks hot a bit longer than a regular mug.
When I make tea I make two, one in a regular cup that I drink first, and one in one of these so it's still hot after I finish the first tea.
I bought two of the big ones and two of the small ones, so far one of the small ones is in the trash and one of the big ones. The other big one has a major crack on the outside glass but since it's not on the part that touches my drink I'm still using it.
...so they have broken but never at my own hand, I'm not sure if my housemates are careless or if these are truly fragile. They sure look fragile, but I haven't broken them myself.
Also I regularily run them through the dishwasher, with no problems, the little holes in the bottom that are supposedly there to keep them from exploding never let water in or anything.
4 stars because I love them so, and plan to buy more, not 5 because they have all broken but I'm not sure if it was clumsy housemates or just a fragile product.

Order 2 pcs but only 1 pc in good condition the other piece outer layer was broken all because the packaging is Not able to cushion this glassware. The Outer box and the retail box in good condition.

Ekol98Same thing happened to a pair I ordered, they are not boxed properly and 1 was shattered. But the customer service folks at Drop took care of me and gave me a refund. But, for the 1 that didn't break, it is really remarkable how well they retain heat AND are not hot to hold. I just hope I don't break it washing it. But now I use it everyday for my morning Joe !

Pretty but too Fragile
These are nice to look at, and nice to use, but both of my mugs have now broken at the seam near the handle, allowing water inside and ruining the double walled insulation. I haven't been rough with them, they've either been handwashed or top rack dishwasher. Honestly, there's either a weak point at the join there, or be VERY careful if putting in ice.

They worked just fine. Until both of them cracked in 2-3 months of light use.
From a functional standpoint these were great. Unfortunately they are very fragile.
If they didn’t both break I’d chalk it up to bad luck. Drop customer service was no help either.

While neat, and attractive, they don't fit under your typical entry level DeLonghi espresso machine. Also, they are barely wide enough to get both drip nozzles in the vessel.
