Nice-Looking and Great Sounding IEMs but everything else is a bit scuffed

First, the IEMs themselves, the sound is great and I think they look very beautiful with the included cable. This is my first pair of IEMs and I enjoy the audio quality quite a bit over my WH-1000XM4 and HD 558s in all scenarios. They shine especially well in loud or noisy situations like the most intense action scenes of Godzilla Minus One, the loudest tracks from the experimental hip-hop of Death Grips or JPEGMafia, and I'd say the sound is just about as perfect as it gets for listening to jazz and big band with the incredible fidelity. But, the first big problem is achieving that great sound. I'd rather use silicon tips, like the Final Type Es that come with the Atlas, but the driver flex does not permit this. Though comfy, they vacuum too well and I have not found it possible to maintain a balanced listening experience with anything besides the stock foam tips.

The foam tips allow for amazing sound and avoid any driver flex perfectly well, but they can really be uncomfortable during long listening periods. I have found myself getting used to them slowly and seemingly zeroing in on how to position them most comfortably in my ear, but they are not nearly as comfortable as my over-ears. Below you can see them with the largest pair of included foam tips. They came equipped with the medium sized foam tips and there were also a smaller pair of foam tips included as well as a selection of stock silicon tips as well as the aforementioned Type Es included.

For packaging and accessories, I'm not the type to care about cardboard or paper boxes but if you are I would warn that my box came pretty scuffed with some scratches, beat corners, and grime on it. And the plastic it was in was untouched so it must've been wrapped that way.

The cable that came with these seems to be a top of the line cable and it feels quite nice versus other cables and I have no major complaints except for that their is quite a bit of grime (corrosion?) on the jack plug. I tried cleaning it with 70% alcohol wipes but that doesn't seem to be doing anything to help. Fortunately, it seems this staining is only cosmetic and does not seem to affect sound quality no matter which direction the plug is in.

Last and unfortunately worst is the carrying case the Atlas came in. Unzipping it for the first time it was stuck shut from what I guess is the leather inside having been unbent for a seemingly long time. It wasn't opening any more than a couple mm so I tried to help it open, attempting to brace the inner lining with my finger tips, but it just popped right off the dried glue inside the case wall. Doesn't seem like it was ever glued on very well or possibly had been left shut for too long. There are also two rips/tears/openings on either side of the bottom of the lining in the carrying case. They don't seem intentional and overall the quality of this inner lining of the carrying case is unacceptably poor. The outside of the case is fairly nice and the only other thing with the case that I'd complain about is that the zipper gets stuck easy and has a hard time rounding the corners.

Overall, it's hard to complain a ton with how much I like the sound. The Atlas came with a manufacturer warranty but I haven't started going through the trouble of contacting Campfire Audio and finding out how good their support is, but I am considering it.
