This is a great little camera. However I prefer the EF-S 18-135 lens to the 18-55 kit lens, I would suggest to buy the camera without the lens and buy the 18-135 after. However I must admit 100$ for the kit lens is a good price, but the 18-135 has better image quality and is a lot more useful in real life usage because of its longer range: it's the only lens you would need for normal travel needs. The rebate isn't that big, but for people in the USA this is a good deal. I have the T6s, the predecessor of this camera, with the 18-135 lens. From what I understand, the 77D has the newer focus system from the 80D and many other small refinements compared to the T6s that makes the 77D the best "little DSLR", smaller and lighter than the 80D while remaining very comparable focus and image qualities of the 80D. If I had to get a new camera, this would be it.
