Centrance I just bought the Dacport HD on massdrop would I be able to return it and buy the DAC portable instead?

CEntranceLook guys some of us would Iove to get the best one possible from Centrance. When I saw the Dacport HD on massdrop I wanted to get DAC Portable instead. And right after that you guys released the DAC portable and I already joined the drop on the DAC Port HD. I think you should release the best ones first just in case someone prefered to get best one first. And now I'm stuck with Dacport HD when I could've gotten the DAC Potable. Not cool.

stanleymoiseI dont think this DacPortable was a planned drop.
At the HD drop I made request that a portable DacPort with replaceable batteries would be nice.
Then the discussion moved on to DacPortable and the pricing.
I think this drop is more to a surprise, customer appreciation drop.

CEntranceI did contact them and Massdrope isn't answering and the drope is about to be over. I really needed the DAC Portable instead.

stanleymoiseThey are two different products. DACport HD is for computers (desktop) and DACportable is for the phone (hence the word "portable" in the name). With the price being so low it's easy to get both.

CEntranceWell the DAC Portable can do both, Laptop and Mobile. There's no need to get both and the DAC Portable boost Bass and Treble that's a nice feature I like a lot and the DACport HD doesn't have that. I Have some idea for the next DAC Portable. 1st at least 1000 mW at 64 ohms, 2nd 2.5 mm and 3.5 mm connectors, 3rd Bluetooth 5.0 with LDAC and APTX HD, and 4th a higher DSD and DXD combined with everything else it already has in the same form factor. That'd be a killer, what do you think?

stanleymoise1W at 32Ohms does not sound like a portable solution but more to a permanent powered solution.

CEntranceHE400i requires a lots of power to drive. And only iFi Micro iDSD Black Label portable DAC/Amp satified these headphones. It goes up to 4000mW. And it's still potable.
