Got my shipment yesterday...lovely fabric, both bolts marked "12 yards." I am one happy camper. Thanks, Massdrop!

Apologies for the delay in response. There were a few orders that had to be cancelled because the vendor did not have bolts with a full 12 yards on it. Those members were sent an email. Sometimes those get put in junk or spam folders. Please check there for an email just to make sure it's not missed.
For the remaining members that did not receive an email, but are still waiting on their order, I have checked in with the warehouse team to see why there is a delay. I will post back when I have more info.
I recommend reaching out to Customer Support as well.

SandyLucasI did send an email to Massdrop‘s customer support and did not get much help or clear indication of what is happening there. I’ve been very disappointed in how they have not handled this.
I did not receive any email from Massdrop in regards to my purchase so I have no clue if I am still waiting on my fabric to arrive or if my purchase was cancelled. I checked my spam folder as well.
I have hit a wall and don’t know what to do next. I’m afraid that I’m not going to hear a single word about this order again.

Hello- I received my bolt of Chambray today and it is only 9 yards not the 12 yards as advertised with the drop.
Seems this happened last time as well and it wasn't addressed to prevent the same thing from happening this time.
Please advise on how to handle this issue.

Massdrop, can you address what happened in the last drop? Questions below reference people getting bolts that said 9yds or 15yds, and not 12 yards as stated in the description. Don't want to buy if I'll end up with 25% less fabric (although 25% more does sound nice!). Thanks.

I just got my bolt (natural), but the bolt end says 9 yards, not 12 yards as listed in the description of the drop. Anyone else seeing that discrepancy?

raevenfeaMy friend and I both joined the drop, each getting a different color with the idea of splitting the bolts in half so we'd each get 6yds of the two colors. We met yesterday to cut the fabric and noticed my bolt ( I got grey) said 12 yds, but her bolt (natural) said 15yds. Not sure what's up with the differences in bolts.

The product is misrepresented. The colors as received do not match the pictures. Pictures are way off, not even close. This is supposed to be sage, which is shown as a light green. Instead I received a dirty brown colored fabric. No response so far from customer support.
