I’ve just received my fountain pen and rollerball, each in a very classy and luxurious black leather display box with instructions.
The pen was supposed to be from a limited edition of 99 but not mine!!! It is from an edition of 199!

So 134/199. And doesn’t the surface of that silver look a little ‘used’ for an utterly ’new’ pen...? Well the rollerball pen arrived with the 134/199 cap half on. The rollerball top was on the fountain pen, giving me a little pause as it showed 000/000!

Massdrop, I feel mislead that I would receive a pen limited to 99! There is a significant difference between an original release and an expansion or re-issue of that pen. I am not happy (and MD, you know I’m a pretty happy guy to deal with).
Another note: is there supposed to be a converter or sample cartridge included here? Neither were included.
Buyers beware! Make sure you will be happy with series of 199, an obvious reissue for just this sort of quick sale. They feel and look good but I can’t comment on how it feels to use the FP...because the promised International Converter was NOT received.
