Okay, after a good bit of research, I've determined that this TSF Special Edition set of 50 watches is 100% legit.
They were originally produced in January of 2018 and sold on a website called Türkiye Saat Forumu (hence the phrase TSF. The English translation of the website is Turkey Watch Forum). The TSF group releases several Special Edition watches a year from major brands including Claude Bernard, Oris, Concord Watch Company, and Steinhart Watches.
This specific open heart watch sold for ~$750 at the time (although the exchange ratge has brought that price down to about $530 in a years time). So the current price being sold on Massdrop ($275) is a solid 50% off the original price paid on TSF.
Some of the original information posted:
Case: Stainless Steel
Dial: Silver
Glass: Sapphire
Band: Leather
I spoke to the administrator of TSF and he told me the following:
"All the remaining watches from the latest TSF LE Project ( by Claude Bernard ) sold in bulk to a well-known American company a long time ago ( Upscale Time in New York ) so they are all genuine and IMHO a superb deal for that Black Friday price tag. Love the shots they took for the watch! Have a nice day!"

TLDR? This drop is legit and you'll never see more than 50 of these watches out in the wild.
SterlingBourneThanks for doing all the research! Got it for my dad for Christmas:)
Didn't really know if it was 100% legit or not as I'm not heavily invested in this industry. Appreciate it!
